2. Use of Our Website

2.1. Joining the Foil Me Family

Want access to extra features? You’ll need to sign up for an account - just promise to give us your latest info and keep it up to date! Keep your password safe, and remember, anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.

2.2. Prohibited Activities

If you could please refrain from participating in these not-so-cool actions, we would be eternally grateful!

  • No sneaky copying or sharing our website’s content.
  • Leave the robots, spiders, and offline readers for sci-fi movies – not our site
  • No spamming! Chain letters and unsolicited emails are a big no-no.
  • Don’t tamper with our site’s security or try to decode any transmissions.
  • Avoid actions that could overload our systems – let's keep things smooth and fun!

3. Products and Orders

3.1. Website Copy

We do our best to make sure our website copy (product descriptions, blogs, etc) are accurate, complete, reliable, current, and error-free. That said, we can’t promise that this will always be true; if you do spot information that is not reflective of fact, please let us know and we will get it sorted, pronto!

3.2. Pricing

Prices are in AUD and might change without notice. Kindly note that we aren’t responsible for any typographical errors in pricing. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may need to cancel and re-do your order. Don’t fret though - this is very much a rarity!

3.3. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell. In some unique cases, we may need to review your order and could accept or decline it after you’ve placed it.

3.4. Shipping & Delivery Magic

We’ll do our best to deliver your goodies on time, but sometimes things happen beyond our control. In this case, we appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our friendly customer service team for more information.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Returns Policy

Ordered the wrong size? No worries! Return it within 14 days in its original, unused condition, and we’ll refund or exchange it. Please note that returns based on change of mind will incur a return shipping expense.

4.2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of us receiving your return and will be issued to the original payment method. We’ll investigate each case to make sure everything’s fair.

5. Intellectual Property

All the content on our site belongs to Foil Me or our content partners. Please don’t use, reproduce, or distribute anything without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Foil Me isn’t responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill from using our site or products. That includes any unauthorized access, system interruptions, bugs, or errors.

7. Terms and Conditions

We might update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately once posted on our site. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our products after any changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
