We know how much you love our foils, so we do our best to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days.
Our warehouse is based in Missouri, so most orders arrive within 2–4 business days.
Shipping rates vary by weight:
Canada (except BC) Standard Freight 3–5 Days — $15.50
United States
- 0–0.4 lb — $6.14
- 0.1–16 lb — $10.30
- 16.1–25 lb — $18.63
- 25.1–150 lb — $31.11
We ship via a combination of FedEx, UPS & USPS. If you have any specific delivery needs, don't hesitate to contact us. We're always happy to help make your Foil Me experience as smooth as possible.
FOIL ME — LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY (USA)
What's covered
This is a Limited Warranty. Foil Me warrants that our foils, boards, and brushes purchased through foilmefoils.com are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase, as follows:
- Foil boxes — covered for box-level defects only, such as foils that fail to dispense properly from the box, or that are torn/damaged throughout due to a manufacturing fault. Because foils are a single-use consumable, this warranty does not cover individual sheets used from an otherwise properly functioning box.
- Boards — covered against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Brushes — covered against defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty period
- Foil boxes: 30 days from date of purchase (box-level defects only)
- Boards: 6 months from date of purchase
- Brushes: 3 months from date of purchase
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, improper storage, or use outside the product's intended purpose; individual foil sheets from an otherwise functioning box; products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers.
How to make a claim
Contact hello@foilmefoils.com with your order number or proof of purchase and a description (photo if possible) of the fault. If approved, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund, free of charge, at our discretion.
Your rights under state law
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty does not limit or affect any implied warranties (including the implied warranty of merchantability) available to you under applicable state law.
